Maliha’s Math DLO

Kia Ora.

In Maths time we have to pick a workshop. That’s when you pick two things like if you wanna learn or get better at maybe your long division using rounding long Multipilcation there are  4 different things we have to pick one and write our name under the tital.It even says the date like it will say division group is caming on Monday like that.And if you have picked the workshop of Monday then you can’t pick the workshop after that then you have to pick Wednesday. We had to pick 2 so of course I have picked 2. My first one was on Monday Multipilcation-using rounding and adjusting. For example what’s 199 times 4 = 796 This is how I got this so guickly (200 times 4 = 800) now – 4 out of 800 (4 – 800 = 796) this is how I  got that.It can be hard doing times table with such big number but if you do it with using rounding adjusting it was really easy it was easy for me then maybe it will be easy for you too.I have written my DLO after that and now i’am blogging about it if you thing you can do this have a go trying (278 times 2 = ? 159 times 3 =? 139 times 5 =?) you don’t have to do them.This is my DLO about what we have done. I used to hate maths but now I think it’s not that bad after all.

A drought and tidal wave

One of our inquiry tasks is water event slides that when we pick an image and we write about it and search about it I did two one is a drought and the other one is a Tidal wave me and Tashifa was working together it was fun doing it and I enjoyed it.

week 3 Suffixes

This week Suffixes is phobia- It was fun doing this weeks Suffixes and I really look forward to next weeks one.It wasn’t that hard It was kinda easy and fun to do it didn’t take so long and I really enjoyed it.

Term 2 prefixes

This week one of our reading tasks is prefixes and this week’s prefixes was Bi- . I really enjoyed this weeks prefixes and I really look forward to next week’s  prefixes.

I’am a smart plant

This week in reading we have been reading  the books I’m smart plant in our  reading group. Our reading group is korimako – bell bird. After reading we have to put the right word in the blink after that the teacher told us to blog of it like I’am doing it. And this is my work.

Family of facts

This week on Thursday we were learning more way to your plus mines and timetables but the one I picked was divosion then we had too write and take notes in our Maths book then when we were done we had to copy and write every thing in draft. this is the one I did.

Idiom Term 2

This week we did some new idioms there was one that was trick I really enjoyed doing this weeks idioms and I really look forward to do more and learn more.this is my one I really enjoyed doing this week idioms it was so fun to learn more idiom and every weeks.
